Brenda Sanchez

Border Binational Program Coordinator, SEAHEC 


Brenda is a Tucson native who graduated with her B.S in Public Health and B.A in Spanish Translation and Interpretation from the University of Arizona and currently holds her Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES) certification. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Behavior Health Promotion at the University of Arizona. In addition, Brenda oversees SEAHEC programs related to health issues and services along the borderlands. As well as providing support to other community health worker programs in Southeast Arizona such as Winchester Heights, a small farmworker community in Cochise County. She helped with the development and implementation of SEAHEC’s Healthy Farms Initiative Health Program and the sustainability plan for the community health worker program.
